SmartClean provides tools to improve spreadsheet data quality and consistency including removing extra spaces, standardizing text formatting, cleaning and validating email formats, and improving structured data consistency.
All actions are performed manually by the user through the Google Sheets add-on menu.
You are responsible for any data you process using SmartClean, including reviewing all changes made to your spreadsheet and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
SmartClean processes data directly inside Google Sheets only when the user initiates an action.
We do not store any user data, collect personal information, or send spreadsheet data to external servers. All processing occurs within the user’s Google account environment.
SmartClean requests access to Google Sheets solely for reading and modifying the active spreadsheet selected by the user.
No access is made to other Google user data outside of the active spreadsheet.
This service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.
We are not responsible for data loss, incorrect formatting results, or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use SmartClean. Users are responsible for reviewing their data before and after use.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue SmartClean at any time without prior notice.
